We built are house last year and got stairs and doors off a local timber frame company, who also supply doors, stairs etc. When fitting the doors they ran out of their own stock and had to get more from their supplier, dublin door store. Ordered the extra doors which took 6 months to get because dds said they didn't do them anymore, and they would have to be ordered again specially from their supplier in Indonesia, last month got the last few doors but where slightly different in that the styles on the newer doors where smaller. So now waiting on another shipment to come in. Very frustrating.
My advice would be to get on to the owner/m.d and ask him/her to give you an explanation for the delay and to find out when exactly they will have your doors otherwise you want any monies paid returned to you + you'll take your business somewhere you'll be looked after.
bottom line, your the customer, your right, it's your money, they should be working for you for the business
