can any of you advise me please on how soon you can apply for your licence back.first offence and got 3 year.

If I'm not mistaken I heard before that you can apply to the court half way through your ban, I think you have to inform Garda superintendent, and the police will be asked on the appeal date if they object, if they don't I.e you haven't done anything stupid like try and drive while banned or come to their notice for anything else, and have a genuine need for the ban to be lifted u should get it back

Wow. Three years ban. You musy have really been on the rocket fuel or being a bad bad before.
I think that you could try after a year but like so many other questions here you should ask the Solicitor or maybe Court Clerk
