Draw pension at 55 due to ill health

Hi I have a personal pension and left paye employment 2 years ago due to ill health. No work related pension. I am 55 yrs old and in receipt of Invalidity Pension, is this enough to enable me to draw my personal pension now due to ill health? as in is it enough proof that I am unlikely to work again.

If you are signed off by your doctor as being unable to work due to ill health and not being able to return, you can draw down your pension at any age.
