Just got our house completed and was fixing the light fittings downstairs when i noticed a draft coming through the hole in the plaster board, we put in concrete slab to first floor and have a suspended plasterboard ceiling so don't understand where the draft could be comimg from as its coming through all the light fittings. we spent alot of money in insulating the house and this just seems to have been a waste if we have a cold air circulating around the suspended ceiling..any comments appreciated..should i take this up with the builder??? as he was supposed to seal the ducon slab???
