I am looking at a property in Downpatrick Road, Crumlin. As a first time buyer, I’m nervous about taking the leap. It would be great if anyone had any information about the area.

Try running the search option on Boards.ie and there might be something further there.

From what I see of it it would appear to be quiet enough, traffic can be heavy in the school run times because of Loreto College on Sundrive Road/Crumlin Road. Sundrive park nearby. Bus service would probably be best on Crumlin Road.

One of the undesirable neighbours in Raleigh Square is no longer there at least. I lived not too far from there for along time and didn't have too much trouble. Some undesirables, but a lot of decent people.
