Hi, sent Marp forms off to UB beforer xmas and had a call from them before xmas to confirm a few figures. Due to some changes they re send them to me to confirm changes. When speaking I was advised that our out go excessed our income.(which I cound not undersatnd as have no arrears) I have had the forms back and just double checked them again. When they were inpt in their system they added the Mortgage payment in twice !! So now It would appear I am going to have to go over the whole thing again because of all the changes I am going to have to make..... I know we are all human and mistakes can be made but this must be an error in the programme. All our goings are in fields D1 -D21. Mort in D1 and other out goings in D2 -D21. in the summary it asks for value of D2-D21. then for the Mortgage payment. the sheet I have it show the summry of D1-D21 and on the need field the value of the mortgage payment therefore addig it twice !!! Has any one else come across this ???
