Does system update after response to cf83 form

Hi,

Got a letter a few months ago to say hubby could pay back some years at class 2. When we log onto system and click on a year, every year still shows class 3? Anyone else had this issue

Yep. Same here.

Despite getting a letter from them almost a month ago confirming that I'm Class 2, the online system still gives the higher amount.

Incidentally, it also says that my application is still "In Progress".

I'm not planning on making the payment until later this year, so presumably will be sorted by then!

Yes it is set to class 3 even if you have letter for class 2. It does not matter. I am currently buying back years every couple of months. I send the money then ring them to tell them what year to allocate it to. It can take a few weeks to update on the system but with every year I buy my pension changes.
