Can anybody tell me if the PRTB has a complaints section or who I should be making a complaint to regarding the PRTB.

Small version of long story is as follows. My landlord held on to my deposit, I took action against him through PRTB. It went in my favour, and determination order was issued in March of this year, nearly 6 months ago. I have not received a penny of the money.

The Prtb got me to sign forms 4 months ago if the case was to go to court, and since then nothing has happened.

I have rung the prtb several times, and sent letters an emails, and nobody has responded to any of my letters or emails, when I have rung them I have been put on hold and have been told that somebody would call me back, but again nothing.

I dont think the prtb can be bothered with this case now I dont understand why we even have the prtb.

You could always try the Director; [broken link removed]

It is disappointing that they aren't responding to your communications. However, the legal process involved in pursuing any debt can take a lot longer than four months.

The PRTB are incredibly slow and inefficient. However they issued a judgement in your favour and this is legally binding. The landlord might be delaying the inevitable but you should receive your money eventually.
