hii. just found your site again after a year, glad its still going!!
anyway moving on,,, i got a legal question regarding a house
that is willed to me by my mother,
i have heard it makes it alot simpler if both our names are put on the deeds now, so that when and if anything happens, it speeds the process up, and probate isnt needed etc.
but if this is done am i then legally joint owner?... with all that entails... tax exposure etc.
would be grateful for any advice..... paddy3
