Does anyone live beside a Bring Centre?

I was wondering if anyone can comment on what it's like living in close proximity to a Bring Centre. I am particularly concerned about noise and smell pollution. I am currently looking at buying a house beside a Bring Centre. Any advice greatly appreciated.

I don't live beside it but I use the Grangegorman Bring Centre a lot and wouldn't like to live beside it due to the traffic - including heavy trucks emptying the recyclable crusher skips, garden waste skips, WEEE recycling cages, bottle banks, clothes banks etc. - litter and out of hours dumping beside it, noise, smell (sometimes), vermin etc. Doesn't seem to have impacted the house prices adjacent to it though! :D

Visit it as a user at different times, days. Any smells or dust will be at their worst on hot days.

I live close enough to a Bring centre but it's in the end of a small industrial estate across the road from us.
The worst part is the traffic, Saturday mornings in particular.
Occasionally they do specials, mattresses (which blocked the whole town), Christmas trees (every year), Large bulky items etc.
Thankfully we don't get smells
We've just gotten used to it and it doesn't bother us any more
