I am purchasing land from my aunt (pensioner) to the value of 200k.
What is the most tax efficient way to carry out this transaction for both parties ? Ie: Would there be any possibility that she could gift it or some other means and I could gift the sum above to her ?
can she gift to you parents (brother/sister gift) and they gift to you (parent/sprog gift) as the limits are higher than aunt niece gift/ niece aunt gift
