Hi All
I was wondering if any of you legal eagles out there could help me out. I’m on holidays and trying to sell a property (accidental landlord, long story…). My solicitor, who I’ve used before, seems to be a little fixated on wet signature documents. He’s asked that I print and sign a Letter of Engagement, Vendor Questionnaire and Letter of Authority.
Does anyone know if in this day and age that documents such as these can be signed via Docusign?
