Documents from Mortgage Lender

Hi,

Sorry for the poor title on thread but was not sure what to call it. We signed for our house on the 7th July and recieved the keys on the same date. I'm just wondering how long it takes before our mortgage lender will send documents on to us to say that we are paying the mortgage on the said property?

Hello,

Have you started to pay the mortgage yet, if not I would contact the lender or broker to see whats happening, most lenders will write to you to let you know when your payments will start and how much, however if payments at this stage have not started your ICB may be effected and you will need this resolved. I have come accross this a few times, where the bank did not set up the direct debit and payments were missed for a few months
