I've an appointment at Ulster Bank in Newry to set up a sterling deposit account but now I'm nervous about how D Cameron's antics at the EU summit might affect the euro-sterling exchange rate. I don't expect to have to use the savings in the medium term and the idea was to protect ourselves somewhat from a devaluation of a punt nua but do you think the UK isolation from the EU might lead to a weakening of sterling? Thanks
