Do TSB charge for making SEPA payment's ? ?

I have just opened an account with TSB and I am in the process of setting up all of my bank payment details and making small test payments.

One of them is to a bank in Spain using BIC & IBAN does anyone know if these transactions are free (if under 50k) the reason I ask is Ulster Bank who I am moving from don't charge but in the TSB charging blub they make some mention of a 50c charge per transaction?.

If the transaction is in EUR, and it is inside the 'SEPA zone', then there is no charge.
