Do these Solicitor Site Purchase Outlay costs seem reasonable to you?

I think the charge for the first line - ' Land Registry Fee for registering Deed' seems excessive.

Other charges seem okay,

What do you think?

Land Registry Fee for creating new Folio € 60.00

Land Registry Fee for uptodate Folio € 25.00

Administration Charge (inc. 21% v.a.t.) € 60.75

Searches (including Planning Search) € 74.00

The land registry fee depends on the purchase price. It is a set fee, payable to the property registration authority of ireland. It is not a fee for the solicitor. See the www.prai.ie website for the scale fees.

You can easily check the outlays on the Property Registration Authority Website. Look at the fees section.
