Do I need architect?
Per other thread adding small 20sqm extension to back of house - extending the kitchen. So knocking back wall and pushing it back 3-4m with new roof and 3velux windows. I know exactly what I want other than some uncertainty over roof and min pitch that I need guidance on. I don’t need planning permission.
A lot of people telling me I don’t need an architect just someone to draw up plans and an engineer to certify everything as we go along.
Overall cost will be about €50k or so.
Any advice?
