VHI Do I get any documentation?

I have VHI insurance and was treated as inpatient, semi private for 5 days. I have been discharged from the hospital about 3 weeks ago but haven't received any documentation from VHI. Do they usually send it?

I was asked to sign 3 pages for private insurance cover while in the hospital.

Are you registered with them online? I normally get my claim statements there once they are processed.

Yes, but it often takes weeks if not months for the claim to be settled and then you get a documented breakdown

Yes, i am registered online plus I have VHI mobile app. Nothing available on both.
How long did it take for the inpatient statement to come up online?

You should be talking to VHI about this as they will have first hand knowledge of what stage the claim is at.
