Do 0% Contribution PRSA's still have a bid/offer spread ?

I was thinking of getting an eaglestar PRSA through an execution only stockbroker and when I looked up todays fund prices on the eaglestar website There are three quoted for the 5*5 fund.

For normal Pension Funds - Sell = €1.61 Buy= €1.694

For PRSAs = €1.634

How can there be 3 different prices for the same fund ?

Does this mean that there is still a bid offer spread on the PRSA ?

For the execution only service that we offer there is no bid offer spread.

I cannot comment on other execution only services, but a 0% contribution charge implies NO bid/offer spread.

PRSAs do not have a Bid/Offer Spread. The 5% charge is on the contribution, to pay the advisor. There is only one price for the PRSA.

The other prices may refer to their 'Life' funds or their 'Gross' and 'Net' prices.

I have checked their website again and there seems to be only one fund but 3 different prices in that fund depending on your pension type

How can there be 3 different prices fo a unit in the same fund ?

If this is the case what is to stop eaglestar from using any price the see fit when it comes to retire ?

One is the bid price for pension business (other than PRSA).

The other is the offer price for pension business (other than PRSA).

The third is the PRSA price - only one price because no bid/offer.
