Disposal of close company premises

Hi Folks,

I have a tax query relating to business premises.
If a gain is made on the disposal of the company premises.Is this gain liable to corporation tax at 12.5%?
Are there any other tax implications (outside of VAT) for the company or the directors?
Are there any reliefs out there to reduce the tax?

PS; the company is not part of a group.

Unless it's stock in trade it's subject to CGT at 33%!

Thanks for the reply.are there any surcharges involved? If I leave the proceeds in the company or if I take the proceeds out?
