Multi-trip Travel Insurance discount for vhi/bupa members

hi there,

i have an annual multi-trip policy with getcover.com, which is discounted for VHI/BUPA members.

I have received correspondance from BUPA regarding switching to Health Manager Starter, currently on Essential Plus.

Does anyone know if changing to the BUPA Health Manager product will have implications for the discounted Travel Insurance, as i am due to travel in Feb, and would not like to have my cover compromised.

There is no overseas cover under the HealthManager Starter scheme, therefore your travel insurance policy would be effected.

Does anbody have a view as to whether there are any real down-sides, apart from the Annual Travel Policy implications, to switching as above. They are marketing this pretty aggressively.
