Company Name
Busines Name
Auditor
Disqualified/Restricted Person
That's all fine and well but it's important to know who is behind the company and how many other commercial involvements they have.
In UK it's easy to do a Director/Secretary search. Not so here. You need to know the name of the business and then order establishment documents, change to director forms, etc.
I accept that pre-1995 say, the records may not have been fully digitised. But even having directors/secretaries/proprietors since then would be a major boon to those of us (and that's near everyone these days) needing such info.
I'd have nothing against a €2 charge per search, personally.
