Direct Labour Build Schedule - Half Way ?

Hi,

When is considered half way on a direct labour build ? Windows are in and we are at external plastering stage.

Not too many hold-ups so far, tradesmen seem quite eager to work.

Just curious how long is left. I am not really stressed yet even though I feel the worst is yet to come. Great experience so far.

If sewerage, water suply, studs are done, than it's 25-35% depends on finishes. 50% - when 1st fix on electrics, plumbing done and place skimmed.
