I have taken the digtal photo for application for usa lottery. the specs are very specific and it will reject the application if it is not correct measurments. It has to be 300 X300 px or 240x 320 px. I know how to edit the size but it will not allow me to select this size .It will let me select 320 x 240 but not the other way around. When I select it at 240 x 320 it will change around to 320x240. I am working on micro picture manager.is there something elese I should be doing ? or do you know where these specific photos are taken professionally. all advice welcome
