Difficulty accessing Revenue Record on ROS

I have a few new notices on my Revenue Record.

1) I clicked on the first one and nothing happened. I then saw the notice about enabling pop-ups. I did this and was able to read the document.
2) Another document was a PDF so no problem there
3) But two other documents - nothing happens at all. No PDF and no pop-up although I have enabled pop ups for Revenue.ie

Can you try a different browser perhaps, although you will need to point to the security cert on your local machine if you haven't already.

I can open documents in the inbox window and not open the same docs in the returns window.

Try ringing ROS technical help, a few minutes wait but I found them very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had same problem. I switched from edge to chrome and it sorted it out. As mentioned you need to load your security cert into chrome.
