Does the concept of "being made redundant" exist in the public sector ?
If you are genuinely interested in learning more about this area, you need to understand the difference between redundancy and other forms of termination. Redundancy has nothing to do with the performance of the person. Redundancy occurs when the work done by that post is no longer required.Can anyone give examples of public sector entities who made people redundant.
Under what criteria would someone be made redundant in the public sector ?
If an employee was not performing well in the public sector, would they be made redundant ?
