I often get on here to do a mini-rant about some company or other, and their appalling service, take a bow SKY if you will. This time I want to say how pleased I was with DHL. I needed my passport delivered to Spain as my passcard expires in March. I needed to check something with a real person in DHL Monday. I got on and spoke to someone who was courteous and helpful, the hold time was non-existent. I made a booking online, the instructions were clear and concise and it arrived from IRL less than 24 hours ago. Excellent service, excellent price. German efficiency, I take my hat off to you.
