If you are a public servant and you say that sort of thing you should lose your job. That seems to be the position of those who aren't right wing monsters (those on the far left). Just look at what happened when the head of the Housing Executive said that some people are gaming the system.
You are right of course but we don't let facts get in the way of public policy in this country, despite the best efforts of the top people in the Department of Finance who actually do this stuff for a living.
