Can anyone recommend someone who will demolish and rebuild approx 10ft of single block garden wall which is approx 5ft high - my neighbour and myself have agreed to get this done and share the cost. The existing wall is sagging badly - I expect we'll need a reasonable foundation for the new piece of wall (which will tie in with 20 foot of solid wall which doesnt need to be replaced)
We're in Dublin 7 and rear access for vehicles is available - it should all be straighforward enough but I would like a recommendation.
Any ideas what we should be charged for this? I want the builder to source all materials and obviously take away whats left behind.
Seperately, I'd like him to demolish and remove a useless single block garden shed in my garden - approx 15ft x 8ft - it shouldnt take long to do but I want a neat job and all the debris removed. Any idea what Im looking at for that cost?
