I have some shares in a US domiciled ETF on DeGiro, this is my only holding.
I have however randomly received a $0.02 distribution from a "FundShare Ucits USD Cash Fund".
I assume this is interest earned from DeGiro holding my USD dividends from the ETF.
I am PAYE and filed my form12 return for 2017 two weeks ago and I am only noticing this now.
Since this is such a small amount of money, can I just ignore it?
If not, under what section of form12 would I declare it?
So Degiro invest your idle cash balance into a UCITS fund automatically.
I guess my question is, what section of my return would distributions from this fall under?
Would it be US dividends, Non-deposit interest, other foreign dividends, other foreign income, or is it 41% exit tax since the source is UCITS?
