Deeds of a house.

Question regarding deeds of a house.

My family home is in my fathers name. His sister is the other name on the deeds.

My father has been married to my mother for 35 years and has lived in the house all that time.

How does he go about putting my mothers name on the deeds. His sister has no problem with taking her name off.
