Declaring foreign bank accounts

Hi

I opened a foreign bank account in 2012, is form 11 the form I use to declare it ? Is there a way to declare it online or a shorter form to declare it?

Am I right that I won't have to pay dirt on 2012 interest till 2013 tax return which is done on form 11 and is due by 31 October 2013? is it possible to do that return online?

You will declare it in your 2012 tax return, currently you should have your 2011 return submitted, there is a section on the form that covers this question.
