Hello, just wondering does any reader have a copy of Danske Bank (national Irish Bank ) mortgage marketing brochures circa 2006 onwards, where the bank give their description of their variable rate mortgage loan. The bank has removed all such information from the web recently, as they do not want people to build cases against them regarding collateral contracts.
Yes, my friend tried a formal data request, Danske bank didn't even respond to same. Got the data protection commissioner involved, still they didn't comply wholly with the request. Following several registered letters, and the intervention of the data commissioner again, they eventually lied to the commissioner and himself and said, they have none. They also wiped all historic web pages referring to same.( banksters)
yes, all phonecalls were recorded from branches and offices by Danske bank, I worked for IBM on this project rollout and that was part of the specifications/parameters set for us by Danske bank when upgrading their telephone systems to voip. I believe their monitoring centre was in College Green, Dublin 2
I do not know, all I know is that they were recorded, maybe contact Danske Bank to find out, I will dig out the names of the main people involved from IBM's perspective. I hope Danske bank are not saying that they were not recorded as suggested in the above post.
Just a point, I used the web archive to look for Danske banks old webpages, but the earliest i can access is 2012, the rest since 2007 appear to be gone. Any other way to see old webpages cml387 ?
Also one of the person who worked on the Telephone system for Danske bank from an IBM perspective was John Donnelly.
