I have a small ensuite, the exterior wall and joined internal wall has become very very damp in past 3 weeks. On looking in Attic I see the timber lintil (spelling?) which holds the roof and sits on top of this exterior wall is wet, very wet. As the angle is acute I am unable to see why this would be. To the left and right of the wet area all is as should be.........dry as a bone.
Any ideas before I get a builder telling me that it will cost thousands.
