Have done the option but just looking for one that users can recommend in the Dublin area

There is a balloon shop in Northside Shopping centre, that might do them I am not 100% sure but can find out for you next time I am there.

I know that place right beside superquinn and the carphone warehouse only new there may check myself as not far from there. Was not sure if they did custom printed balloons

You might have had better luck if you had selected "pages from Ireland" while searching on Google. I found these:

I'm afraid I can't recommend them - or anyone else - since I have never had balloons printed.

There's a place in Donnybrook that does balloons and other party stuff, and there's [broken link removed]. I think the one in Ashbourne does deliveries in the Dublin area.
