Used http://www.sofasireland.com/ these guys before on a recommendation a few years ago, was quite pleased with them, esp as the delivery guys said the sales guy messed up and undercharged us by mistake

McStays in Cork, possibly a bit too far away. They do about 4 styles in an almost infinite array of fabrics and finishes.
Got couches from them twice, was happy with quality and after-sales each time.
One issue I did have was a half/half couch, leather base, fabric cushions, the back of the couch was not leather, meaning it had to be placed against a wall as it looked odd, the back was a completely different colour than the rest of the base (they used the cushion fabric on the back). Previous couches I'd bought had the back in same material as the rest of the base.
