Hi,

I am embarking on a small project, (a Bathroom remodelling and some kitchen work, a lean to outside, no structural work) the majority of which I can do by direct labour.

Does anyone know what carpenters, plumbers and electriaians are charging at the moment on a daily/hourly basis?

Also- would anyone know of a good plumber in the South Dublin/Wicklow area

Any help would be appreciated

quotes will vary 'wildly' from one to another so get a few quotes. Ask what price may include. Dont be afraid to haggle. Ask around for a recommendations in your area.

Hi Patricia

Just remember to check the planning and development regulations to confirm the lean-to is exempted development.
If its covered by the description of works below, it may be exempted development.
If not it may require planning permission.
