current building costs

I just need a couple of ideas and to get past planning - which should be easy. It's a renovation, so maybe I'm thinking now I don't need an architect.

I have about 150,000 and if I use an arch. then he's adding another 20k on top of that. which we all seem to agree is too high. it's just not worth it.

back to the drawing board.


anyone know any good arch technicans or whatever you call them that just do plans?!? ;):)
 
If you look in your local paper that gets delivered you will see in the classifieds architects/technicians who do planning permissions for set fees. You need a clear idea of what you want and make sure that the plans submitted stick to that.
