An Asian man couldn't use his YEN in Dublin so he walked into one of the local Dublin banks. He handed over 10,000 yen and he walked out with 61 euro.
A few days later he went back in with another 10,000 yen and was handed 57 euro. He asked the guy behind the counter why he got less money than he had gotten the previous time.
"Fluctuations" came the reply
The man stormed out, and just before slamming the door, he turned around and said, "Fluc you Irish, too!"
