Curing wind down a chimney - Chimney closure?

Have been looking on here and elsewhere for solutions to down draft caused by wind. Have come across a website, see below, has anyone used this product and has it been a success?

looks very interesting. I might email them for a price as I have problems with drafts and noise. I might wait till after Christmas though, things are bad enough this year without locking Santa out!

I thought about that closure too but opted for the chimney balloon instead.
No more draught now and no wasted heat filling the chimney stack either
