I recently bought a creative zen 4gb. I am having a few problems with it. I used it on my lap top some times when i put it in to the usb it says that it is not docked that it cannot detect the device and more times it works. But shortly after getting it the scteen in my lap top went completly dim. I took it to be repaired and they said that the nether board had blown I am not sure if I have right word. I got it back fixed and all was well. Then after a day working with the lap top I plug in the zen and 20 mins later screen gone again. When I took it back to have it repaired I was told that an external device was doing the damage. I think it must be the Zen. I bought it from Komplette and have contacted via e mail regarding returning the device. I also put the soft ware on my work computer and could never get the zen to work there. I am now afraid to plug it in to any computer in case it does more damage. I have just got a case number from komplete on Friday. Has any one had a similiar problem with this device. How are komplete regarding returns? I bought it in April and have not used it much. Any advice welcome
