"Create and Craft" chan. missing on Freeview.

Hi, first time posting here and looking for help or information for an elderly lady who has just lost her favourite Freeview channel. She used to have Create and Craft on channel 43 of her system but it vanished on Thursday and hasn't reappeared. The same thing has happened to her friend who also has Freeview but not to someone else who has Sky. I'd be very grateful if someone could tell me if this channel is still available on Freeview and if it is what needs to be done to get it back on her screen. Thanks, Joe.

I don't have Sky but have Freeview and I can get Create and Craft on channel 671. Hope that's some help to your friend.

Hi, thanks both for the replies. She lives in Offaly. I can't reach her now but I'll ask her to try chan. 671 tomorrow.

Situation resolved. She contacted her installer this morning and he told her the channel had been moved. A retune of the box and she has it back again. Thanks Subtitle and Moral Ethos.
