can anyone recommend someone to check out growing crack in exterior wall in front of our house?its leading to dampness inside house.
 
Would the house be covered by homebond 10 year structural gurantee ?
 
you would probably be better off going to a structural engineer over a building surveyor for a crack in a structural wall, see your yellow pages for someone local..
