Hi all,
what coud I plant soon that wiil give coverage from neighbours. Ideally something that can grow in an east facing garden, ian area that can get quite wet and something that will grow quickly , up and not out to about 15 feet, is cheap and easily managed.
Is there such a thing as a "Nirvana Tree"?

Hi about popular trees and keep them well trimmed to encourage growth down to the base. They like a wet base. The have deep roots so not too near your house.
We sowed a line of them in 1971 and they are still lovely.Browtal

Look at some golden evergreens. Smell & look lovely. Fast growing, can be shaped, give complete coverage to neighbours and block out weeds at base. Generally low maintainance.

looking at the same sort of thing, we have decided to go with bamboo trees, not sure about the aspect and what not, but doubt it would be a problem. Make sure you go for non-invasive. Article on them in Home & Garden April issue
