Court case re: death by alcohol poisoning (10 shots in one pint glass)

Listened to this over the last few days and it will have huge repercussions for the drinks industry/pubs etc.

For many years I watched barmen serve doubles and treble vodkas/whiskies in the last 30mins of opening hours to those who could not stand up straight.

Now they could potentially get charged with manslaughter.

Whole can of worms.

Is it in order to post all types of comment when a trial is happening. If this happened in a newspaper they would run the risk of contempt of court. Maybe i am missing something.
