Hi Folks. I have a rental property where the existing tenants(one yr lease) are moving out soon. Is is possible for me to contact my county council
(cork) with a view to finding new longer term tenants?
I have an autioneer looking for new tenants but I'm afraid of more short term tenants leaving me with the same situation again next year. I would love to sell the house but you all know that story!!
