Cost to get up to Subfloor Level?

We are planning on building a house, and we are trying to work out how much it will cost us for various stages. Our first stage is to get up to subfloor level. Has anybody got an idea of how much it costs to get to this level. House size for ground floor is 125m squared.

Has anybody recently built a house that could tell me the breakdown of materials cost to get up to subfloor level??
