Cost of valuation on home

[Questionable]

Is €127 the going rate? Can anyone point me to anything cleaper in the SE Meath/NW Dublin area?

Seems to be more than reasonable to me.

If it's a valuation for mortgage purposes the valuer will have a nice bit of bank paperwork to fill in and valuer will also have to get to site etc.

So all in all ..... reasonable.

Yes mine was 127 with EBS , last month .

Eur 127 is the norm for a valuation....probably the cheapest you will get it done.
