Cost of laying Engineered Wooden Floor

I was wondering how much it costs to lay an engineered wooden floor per sq meter? I am based in the West.
 
15.- floating, 25.- nailed (if wbp to be done, if subfloor is allready there - 20.- incl. nails)
 
would that cost include removing and refitting new skirting boards and door architraves (hopefully correct word) ?Thanks
 
Skirtings included, architraves doesn't need to be refited. Place a scrap piece of floor to them and fine cut handsaw does the job. Doors to be trimmed as well. That's the part of the job.
