Cost of installing a gas boiler (labour only)

Hi,

Does anyone have a rough idea what it might cost to have a RGI plumber install a new bog standard gas boiler that im sourcing myself?

I meant 400 cash notes, when you add vat, you're figure might not be far off

Tradesmen will do discounts for cash

Not that I aproove of paying cash of course
 
650 plus vat @ 13.5% realistic price .New construction only .

For replacement in existing property you must clean ( POWERFLUSH) entire heating system ..... so will be more expensive.

Most plumbers don't have that power flush equipment so many don't do it when fitting new boiler, my mother had a new oil boiler fitted a few years ago and they didn't flush

I paid €2400 recently -included drilling for a new flue as old one against regs. Dublin.
 
I’m interested to hear price of removing old gas boiler, replacing it and new flue. Job took 7 1/2 hours not sure if power flush was done. Bill is awaited.
